Atty. Jeff Donofrio to Speak on Connecticut Municipal Construction Procurement and Contracts

On May 15, 2015, Atty. Jeff Donofrio will speak on Connecticut municipal construction procurement and contracts at the Annual Meeting of the Connecticut chapter of the Public Purchasing Officers Association. The title of his presentation is Construction Project Purchasing Issues for Municipalities. This discussion is a continuation of the presentation Jeff made at the PPAC January meeting. The January meeting was well attended and there was wide-spread demand to bring Jeff back to continue the discussion about the many legal issues pertaining to Connecticut municipal construction procurement and contracts.
